WORLD 04 — THE PROCESS HOUSE

Engineering

Performance is not claimed — it is manufactured. Walk the line from raw cotton bale to export carton.

SOURCE — RAW COTTON

It starts in the cotton belt.

Our units sit in Marathwada & Vidarbha — the heart of Maharashtra, India's second-largest cotton state at roughly 80–85 lakh bales a year. We procure fully pressed bales from TMC units at minimum SM-M grade: 29–30 mm staple, 3.8–4.0 micronaire, 75+ RD, low trash. Nothing less enters the mill.
